As well as the 100 Day Burpee Challenge, beginning Thanksgiving Day, I am starting a 40 day running challenge.
From Thanksgiving Day to New Years Day I am committing to running every day, a minimum of 1 mile (yours can be much shorter or much longer!)! It's a great way to jumpstart the whole New Years resolution thing!
